How does MacDougall Housing Solutions protect the property and neighborhood?

  • All guests must have their personal identification verified.

  • We ensure that guests already have high reviews from their previous stays on any short-term housing platforms

  • Each listing explicitly outlines the rules of the stay, including a strict “no parties” policy.

  • For added security, two motion-sensing cameras are installed on the exterior of all properties. These cameras provide alerts for any activity and automatically record video clips.

  • Noise monitors are set up inside the property to detect crowds.

  • After every guest's departure, the property undergoes a thorough inspection and cleaning.

How are the properties insured?

The property is covered up to $1M of damage and $1M of liability. We’ll manage this process entirely in the unlikely event of any damage or issues. Any damage caused by guests that’s not covered by this policy will be covered by us.

Will I still receive rent if the property does not have enough occupancy?

As the property owner, you are guaranteed to receive your monthly rent regardless of occupancy levels.
